Refund policy
At Yorluna, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Requests submitted after the 14-day return period cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unused or only lightly used.
- Be returned in its original condition.
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Show no obvious signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
We accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse (for example, you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item).
- Non-defective products that meet the return conditions.
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance items.
- Final sale or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
- Products that have been heavily used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original components.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@yorluna.com within the return period.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Fees
For returns due to buyer's remorse or other non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
There are no restocking fees or additional processing fees.
If the return is the result of a damaged item, defective product, or an incorrect item shipped by us, Yorluna will cover the return shipping cost.
If the customer pays the return shipping cost in advance for an approved quality-related return, reimbursement will be made based on the actual shipping cost.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, such as your credit card, PayPal, or other payment method used at checkout.
No restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within the 14-day return period.
If you would like a different item, size, or replacement, please contact us before sending your return so we can assist you with the exchange process.
Lost or Damaged Return Packages
If your return package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible and provide any available shipping receipt, tracking information, or supporting documentation.
We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.
